哥倫比亞大學（Columbia University），正式名稱為紐約市哥倫比亞大學（Columbia University in the City of New York），簡稱為哥大，是一所位于美國紐約曼哈頓的世界頂級私立研究型大學，為美國大學協會的十四所創始院校之一，常春藤盟校之一。

哥倫比亞大學于1754年根據英國國王喬治二世頒布的《國王憲章》而成立，最初名為國王學院，1896年正式更名為哥倫比亞大學（1784-1896為哥倫比亞學院）并遷到目前所在的晨邊高地校園。

哥大是美國培養諾貝爾獎獲得者最多的大學之一。哥大校園里還走出5位美國開國元勛，奧巴馬、羅斯福等四位美國總統，34位各國元首和政府首腦，10位美國最高法院大法官。哥倫比亞大學擁有世界一流的法學院、商學院、醫學院、新聞學院、國際關系學院、工程學院等，哥大新聞學院頒發的普利策獎是美國新聞界的最高榮譽。哥大名列2020U.S. News美國最佳大學排名第3（本科） ，2018《華爾街日報》/《泰晤士高等教育》美國大學排名第2，2019福布斯美國大學排行榜第14名；2019軟科世界大學學術排名第8名，2020U.S. News世界大學排名第7名 。2021年QS世界大學排名世界第19名。
